Matthew Wilkens

MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Wilkens is a senior investment and corporate development executive with more than 20 years of public and private markets experience. A former Goldman Sachs professional with a background spanning institutional capital markets, alternative investments, entertainment finance and venture capital, he has managed over $1 billion in institutional capital and structured transactions exceeding $500 million across joint ventures, acquisitions, and strategic capital initiatives. His experience spans media and entertainment investments, film financing, and cross-border transactions throughout the Americas, Middle East, and Europe, working alongside leading industry executives, producers, investors, sovereign institutions, and family offices. He holds an MBA from Yale University.

PARTNER

Mr. Climan is a senior entertainment executive and producer with more than 30 years of leadership across media, film, and technology. As founding head of CAA's corporate practice, he advised global institutions including Sony on its acquisition of Columbia Pictures and Matsushita on its acquisition of MCA/Universal. He served as President of Worldwide Business Development at Universal Studios and held senior positions at MGM. A BAFTA and Golden Globe-winning producer for The Aviator, directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Mr. Climan has also served as an advisor on entertainment and media to the World Economic Forum. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
